Sanitation for Guests and Team Members
We know you want yourself and family members of all ages remaining safe when visiting our Studio. In addition to normal Studio cleaning steps, we have increased sanitation measures significantly because of Covid-19. This includes:
1. Taking temperature with a “touchless” thermometer of each guest and staff member as each prepares to enter the Studio. Anyone measuring 100.4 degrees will not be admitted.
2. Requiring staff and guests to wear masks while in Studio except during the actual portrait session. We require Staff to wear clean gloves at all times.
3. Provide hand sanitizer fluid or sanitizing hand wipes to guests immediately upon them entering the Studio.
4. Limiting In-Studio Session Sizes:
Studio portrait session will include non-walking , one year old Toddlers, Tween's ages 11 years & older as well as a total session size of six persons.
5.Sessions not meeting those requirements will be photographed in a nice nearby park with no travel fees.
6. Sanitizing all high touch points before and after any (e.g., door handles, bathroom fixtures, chair handles, etc.) scheduled portrait session. If some random person stops in, we will clean all "touch points" they encountered once they leave.
7. Making sure there is plenty of soap, disposable towels and hand sanitizer for hand washing within the studio’s bathroom.
8. Nightly activating UV Light equipment within the Studio to sanitize the building after hours. This high-tech equipment safely kills all viruses and bacteria present.
We are following the CDC, Colorado State and Tri-County Health rules closely and taking their guidance on all relevant issues. Currently, mask wearing indoors, Social Distancing, regular sanitizing and hand washing are the most important preventative measures. As the CDC or State updates their recommendations, we will change our processes accordingly.
